How to forward a suspicious email from Apple Mail for analysis.

Select the suspicious email
Click on the email you want to check.

Go to Message menu
In the menu bar, click Message > Forward as Attachment.

Send to Check@IsItBad.Email
Enter Check@IsItBad.Email in the To field and click Send.
Send your suspicious email to
Check@IsItBad.Email
